What if my TRT is not right for me?

Dr. Ibrahim will tell you honestly. If your labs or situation don't support TRT, you won't be pushed onto it. You'll get a clear explanation and, if relevant, what else to consider — you'll walk away with clear answers either way.

Do I need to come in person?

No. Everything is 100% telehealth — video consultations from anywhere in California. Lab work is done at your nearest Quest Diagnostics location.

What about labs and medication costs?

Labs and medication are billed separately at cost. No markups, no hidden fees. We don't make money on your prescriptions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no hoops. If you choose the $99/month membership, you can cancel anytime with no penalty.
